You will…
- Be the point of contact for the production team;
- Coordinate production teams and one or more projects;
- Together with the project manager, draw up production plans and cost targets for production teams;
- Analyze the execution of the production process;
- Oversee the scope and production planning, ensuring clear communication between production and the project team;
- Optimize (main) processes and efficiency where necessary;
- Be involved in the further development of our products and systems according to the Configure To Order (CTO) approach;
- Sometimes have to travel abroad for production projects.

You have…
- A completed relevant higher professional education;
- Affinity with (electrical) technology and knowledge of assembly, machines and tools;
- At least five years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with Lean, 6sigma and KPIs;
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.

- Results-oriented;
- Able to communicate well in English (speaking and writing), Dutch is an advantage.
