You will…
- Work in one or more standardization projects;
- Maintain existing components for the energy transition and develop new ones;
- Formulate standardization objectives together with the Engineering Manager;
- Implement those objectives within sales, engineering and production teams;
- Analyze performance of the standardization process and find potential for improvement;
- Monitor your own scope and planning within standardization projects;
- As an ambassador, ensure that communication with production and project teams remains optimal;
- Share your ideas and help provide direction in the further development of our products and systems according to the Configure To Order (CTO) approach;
- Perhaps sometimes abroad for work.

You have…
- A completed relevant technical higher vocational or university education;
- Experience with electrical panel construction and/or drive systems (this is an advantage);
(this is a plus); - Experience with Lean, 6sigma, CTO and basic knowledge of assembly, machines and tools;
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
You are…
- A team player, motivator and results-oriented;
- Able to communicate well in English (speaking and writing), Dutch is an advantage.
